La Luna
The Moon over Scotland -
And she gently took her place in the sky
Watching over all that may come in the night
Nothing demanded
No judgment cast
Simply reflecting a gentle light
Simply saying, I too, am here
As we made the long journey from Isle of Skye back to Edinburgh this was our view. At first the moon was perfectly positioned in the crest of the mountains, but in typical Scotland form, there was no where to stop the car
As luck would have it we found a spot just a little ahead and of course had to stop and snap a few shots
This world is really insane, even more the reminder that there is so much more that we may never reach, explore, or understand; but I’m more and more ok with all the unknown as time goes by, more and more at peace with what looks down on me from above
