The Retreat

Join me in the turquoise waters and lush landscapes of Moorea, French Polynesia, for 10 transformative days of creation, collaboration, and connection. This will be the 10th creator retreat I’ve hosted — and each one has been an unforgettable milestone for the creatives who joined, sparking new careers, lifelong friendships, and continued collaborations.

This retreat is about more than just content creation — it’s about community. Together, we’ll share time both in the water and on land, creating projects, connecting with the culture, learning, supporting one another, and leaving with not just media but memories and connections that last a lifetime.

Day 1-3

Day 1 – Arrival + Welcome

  • Arrivals throughout the day

  • Check-in & settle into your island home

  • Evening Welcome Dinner – meet your fellow creatives, intention-setting

Day 2 – Land Day: Jungle & Beaches

  • Morning: Group orientation & creative exercises

  • Midday: Explore Moorea’s lush jungle – photo + video shooting

  • Afternoon: Beach golden-hour content session

  • Evening: Dinner + group discussion

Day 3 – Water Day: Whale Swim + Underwater Intro

  • Morning: First whale swim experience with guides

  • Midday: Intro to freediving techniques + underwater photography basics

  • Afternoon: Editing & file transfer session

  • Evening: Dinner + open connection time

Day 4-6

Day 4 – Land Day: Culture & Mountains

  • Morning: Hike to an ocean overlook for sunrise content

  • Midday: Free creative time & island exploration

  • Afternoon: Cultural shoot – learn from the island setting & people

  • Evening: Dinner + storytelling circle

Day 5 – Water Day: Whales + Creation

  • Morning: Whale swim + underwater project work

  • Afternoon: Team editing + file transfers

  • Evening: Dinner + collaborative project planning

Day 6 – Land Day: Creative Island Immersion

  • Morning: Personal branding + pitching clients workshop with Lianna

  • Midday: Shooting around Moorea’s lagoons & beaches

  • Afternoon: Collaborative shoots / passion projects

  • Evening: Dinner + intentional space for sharing work

Day 7-10

Day 7 – Water Day: Exploration + Growth

  • Morning: Whale swim with emphasis on comfort + storytelling underwater

  • Midday: File transfer + editing time

  • Afternoon: Group critique + feedback session

  • Evening: Dinner + optional night swim (depending on conditions)

Day 8 – Land Day: Jungle + Community

  • Morning: Mountain hike content session

  • Midday: Creative downtime (journal, brainstorm, collaborate)

  • Afternoon: Island exploration + portrait work

  • Evening: Dinner + community conversation on growth + future

Day 9 – Water Day: Final Whale Swim

  • Morning: Last whale swim day, focusing on creative freedom

  • Afternoon: Big editing + transfer session, wrap up team projects

  • Evening: Farewell Dinner – celebrate connections + creations

Day 10 – Farewell Morning

  • Morning: Breakfast together, reflections, and goodbyes

  • Departures throughout the day

This Retreat is not about

Rushing from one thing to the next. The schedule is intentionally open to allow time for deep conversations, creative collaboration, and simply soaking in the beauty of Moorea together. While having space to let our collective creativity bring concepts and projects to life in real time. Our pre team calls with have space to plan projects, concepts, and insure that everyone is ready to bring their visions and projects to life during the retreat.

Full Retreat Package - EARLY BIRD PRICING IS $3,325 USD and covers your complete trip and everything listed in the itinerary! Price after early bird increases to $3,675 and is based on double occupancy

A non refundable $350 deposit is required to reserve your spot.

When is it - The trip will be in September of 2026

Who is this trip for?  -If you are a diver wanting to up your certification, if you are new to freediving and want to learn, if you are a creative wanting to add underwater work to your portfolio or improve your underwater skills with other creatives, if you are an underwater model or want to improve your underwater modeling skills, or if you just love adventures and good people!

If you are a fun and adventurous human looking to have the experience of a lifetime with other amazing humans; then this is for you!

What do I need to do?  - Head to the registration form and grab your spot! Once you're accepted in you will receive all the info you need to book your flight, and be added to the team for the pre trip connect and Q & A call. 

What should I pack?  - Once you are booked in, your pre trip packet will include a complete packing list of recommendations, what entry and visa requirements are needed.

How many spots are available ?  - This trip is limited and curated to insure that our group gets the most personalized attention from the instructors; as a result we are only accepting 10 applicants to join this trip

Can I bring a friend?  - Yes! Come solo, bring a friend, bring your partner, or anyone else!

  • Lianna has been in business for over 11 years, and has found a balance in using her creative passion, business expertise, and heart for humanity to authentically tell stories, create responsible media, and support her fellow creatives as they establish and scale their own business’s. As a travel curator, creator coach, photographer, podcaster, and free dive instructor, Lianna’s focus remains human connection. She deeply values the impact and power we have when we are able to see the world through another’s eyes; and continues to create pieces and projects that are centered on the impact we have in knowing the value in humanity.

    She has had a deep love for the water since she was young and for her, peace is most present in the silence of freediving and creating art underwater.

  • ⁠Hola! I’m Alberto, one half of the passionate duo behind Alma Libre. I was raised in the beautiful Yucatán, where my love for exploration and adventure began. Growing up, I spent countless hours discovering the hidden gems of this region, specially cenotes.

    Freediving has always been more than just a sport to me; it’s a way to connect deeply with nature and find inner peace. It makes me so happy to be able to share this passion and knowledge as a freediving instructor with other adventurers and beautiful souls.

  • Ciao! I am Francesca, a traveler and adventure lover from Italy. As far as I remember, I have always loved traveling and exploring new places. While for many the unknown can be terrifying, for me it’s something I chase and look for with my travels. I love not knowing what’s coming and see what happens.

    No need to say I am incredibly happy with where life took me: living in Mexico and building my dream life with the man I love by my side. I could never imagine that one day I would turn my passions into my job and I couldn’t be more excited to share them with you!
